By booking a service with Canadian Exterior Warriors, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services

We provide residential and light commercial cleaning services as listed on our website. Service requests outside our scope may require custom quotes or referrals.

2. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings must be confirmed with accurate contact and address information.

• Payments are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

• We accept credit/debit cards, e-transfers, and online payments.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• A late cancellation fee of $25 may apply.

4. Access & Safety

• Clients are responsible for providing safe access to the property.

• We reserve the right to decline entry if conditions pose risk to staff safety.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not satisfied with any part of your service, please notify us within 24 hours. We’ll arrange a re-clean or address the concern appropriately.

6. Liability

While we handle your property with care, we are not liable for pre-existing damages or items not disclosed during booking. CEW holds full insurance coverage for services provided.

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.
